I’m going to try and slow down on posting so much, but here’s the latest news on the PlayStation Phone.
As some of you may know, rumors have been going around that Sony was creating a PlayStation phone. Now whether this is true or not, no one really knows because Sony is staying quite.
“The specs are basically the same as those that leaked a few months back (a long touchpad with multitouch support, shoulder PlayStation shoulder buttons, a microSD card slot, etc.). The phone is said to pack a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655, 512MB of RAM, 1GB of ROM, and a 3.7-4.1 inch screen, and it’s expected to run on Android 3.0. It will also apparently have a “custom Sony Marketplace,” which sounds basically like the current PlayStation Store, where users will be able to buy games.” – Jake Gaskill from G4TV
So if this is true and there will be a PlayStation Phone, that sounds like a sure by for me. It seems really fun to have the mix of an Android and PSP. Maybe, just maybe, there will be online play 🙂
